We actually have a tagine on another of our websites that works with induction hobs. As this is an induction hob you do not need to use a diffuser.

A customer asked whether we could get hold of some new rubber rings that had perished after a very long time, to make his Demeyere pans of 20 years standing, usable once more.

The Gastrolux single handed saute pans in 28cm or 32cm are our best selling sauté pans, usually with a lid added on.

What is the lip size on the Staub Crepe Pan?

The Staub Cast Iron pancake or crepe pan has a gradually lowering lip to allow the crepe to be slid easily from the pan.
The lip varies in height between 3mm - 5mm in height
