Where has Calphalon Cookware gone?

Many customers are asking us why there is a problem with supply on the Calphalon cookware ranges. This includes the Calphalon One Infused Anodised as well as the Calphalon Contemporary Stainless Steel ranges.

I am sorry to report that the US owned parent company have decided to pull out of the European and UK market. A new top executive has recently joined the Calphalon company and made this decision a few weeks ago, much to my horror!

I can no longer get supply of Calphalon as the UK importer has now completely run out of stock. So sorry to all those Calphalon followers, it is no longer available.

I am currently looking for another hard anodised cookware range to replace the Calphalon, together with some contemporary quality ranges. I will keep you posted!

For those happy to try another range, I would always recommend the Mauviel M'Cook as a beautiful stainless steel range, and for a heavy gauge aluminium cookware range, I would recommend Swiss Diamond or Gastrolux. They have not been through the hard anodisation process but they are both absolutely excellent quality. I have only ever had compliments on these pans
