Do you sell a Carbon Steel Wok?

Thanks for your enquiry about a carbon steel wok. The closest that I can source for you is in the following link - it has a flat base but high sides. The 32cms at 2.26kg is reasonably heavy. I would compare that to your current pans to get an idea of the what this weight feels like.
De Buyer - Mineral Carbon Steel Frying Pan
The pans are described as "carbon steel" but also called 99% pure iron. They need to be seasoned in order to be non stick and after a thorough washing and drying, need a light oiling before dry storage. If left in a damp environment, like all iron pans, they can rust and will need to be cleaned from rust with a hard brush before use.
We do have stock and the price is £54.99 including delivery and VAT. Hand on heart, as this is a new product for us, I have not "road tested" the range yet but it is a professional quality range, made in France. It will take the higher temperatures without your pan surface being affected, although you will still need to clean off the burnt food, of course.....
NB Regarding your Swiss Diamond Wok, I have just been advised by my suppliers that the delivery into us has been delayed by a couple of days. Hope that is ok
