Q How do I clean the outside of my Swiss Diamond frying pans?
A Good afternoon , I have a couple of Swiss Diamond frying pans from yourselves.. I was wondering what is the best way to clean the outside of them ?. Due to use they have a got dirty /greasy residue on the outside . What is best , that wont damage them . Thank you in advance for your help. They are excellent pans . I am going to buy my daughter some. Regards Brian L
Dear Brian
Thank you for your enquiry. I have checked with a colleague here as there is nothing specific in the care and use guidelines as a recommendation for cleaning the outside of the pan. I am afraid that other than suggesting a thorough soaking in hot soapy water with repeated scrubbing, we do not know quite what to put forward as a solution. If it is a greasy residue a long soak may be the answer and we are loath to suggest using an aggressive cleaner. If you do find a solution to the problem, or if the long soak does work please do let us know and we can pass your experience on to anyone else who has the same question.
I agree, the Swiss Diamond are excellent pans. I actually use them at home, as does my colleague. If you are looking to order some I would suggest doing so sooner rather than later as the UK importer has just changed and the new importer has put their prices up. We can hold ours for as long as we have stock but after that prices will have to go up fairly significantly. Best wishes - Matthew
