Which is the best fat free frying pan

Q My wife is on a new diet - which is the best fat free frying pan you have?
A I think that the Gastrolux Frying pans are the best fat free pans that we do. The Swiss Diamond pans and SKK etc do need a little oil for best performance, in my view. However, I cook scrambled egg or omlettes in a Gastrolux pan and there is no sticking at all. You need to look after the surface more carefully than with the Swiss Diamond frying pans - Swiss Diamond pans are the only non stick pans I know of which really do withstand metal utensils - but the non stick surface on Gastrolux really is fantastic. I rate it better than the Green Pan surface which I have tested recently, that also have a ceramic cooking surface. I think Gastrolux are better.
