Frying Pan Q&A
... your questions answered. A blog by Claire - The Frying Pan
What is the lip size on the Staub Crepe Pan?
Posting date: 3rd March 2010 15:30
The Staub Cast Iron pancake or crepe pan has a gradually lowering lip to allow the crepe to be slid easily from the pan.
The lip varies in height between 3mm - 5mm in height
We have just gone and measured and I have now added this to the product details on the website.
