The Healthy Saute Pan
Rather than use the traditional non stick pans which may include PTFE (used in Teflon for example), Gastrolux use Biotan, a patented high tech surface. The liquid forms as droplets on the surface of the pan like water on a plant leaf. This avoids the potentially carcinogenic fumes that many believe PTFE gives off at high temperatures.
The Biotan is so effective the pan is non stick WITHOUT the use of oils - so start to enjoy fat free cooking!
