The Healthy Saute Pan
Rather than use traditional non stick pans which can include PTFE (used in Teflon for example), Gastrolux use Biotan, a patented high tech surface. Liquid forms as pearl droplets on the pan surface, rather like rain on a plant leaf. This avoids the potentially carcinogenic gas that many believe PTFE gives off at high temperatures.
The pan's non stick is so effective, that NO OIL is required in cooking - so start to cutting down your fat intake now!
