This Mauviel M'Cook oval non stick frying pan (formerly Cook'Style) is an amazing 7 ply stainless steel pan.
A highly polished, contemporary design, quality pan.
3 layers of aluminium are sandwiched between 4 layers of stainless steel for maximum heat conductivity. The stainless steel layers (one is magnetic) make it easy to clean, and allow it to be used on induction hobs.
