This excellent quality, flat black cast iron crepe pan, has no lip at the edge - as used by Creperies all over France for easy "flipping" of the pancake.
Comes with Staub's famous matt enamel interior and exterior finish. A "non stick" layer builds up gradually as cooking oils penetrate the enamel.
