SKK Induction Care & Use Guide
These are the general Guidelines published by SKK
Before First Use
Before using your new piece of SKK Cookware, wash the pan in hot water, then heat a little oil in the dry pan and allow to cool before pouring off and wiping clean with some kitchen paper.
Use
SKK cookware works best on low - medium heat. Avoid overheating as this may reduce the non-stick effect. This applies in particular when using oil for frying. SKK cookware heat up quickly and retain the heat, so start with a low - medium heat.
Plastic and wooden utensils are recommended. Metal utensils can be used with care but do not prod or cut with metal utensils in the pan.
Do not leave the pan empty on a heat source as this can damage the non stick
In time the centre of the cooking surface will take on a slightly brown appearance. This is normal so don't attempt to remove this.
Easy To Clean
To maintain the appearance and cooking efficiency of your SKKcookware, wash it well with a brush and hot, soapy water. Leave the pan to cool down first. Any food that has stuck to the surface due to overheating is easily removed with a nylon scouring pad. We do not recommend cleaning this product in your dishwasher as the detergents used are very aggressive and can harm the non-stick coating. SKK products are made to cook with and not to store food. They should be cleaned immediately after use.

SKK Cookware carries the manufacturer’s guarantee to be free from all defects in materials and workmanship at the time of purchase. SKK Cookware is guaranteed not to warp or buckle for life (excludes commercial use)
The SKK non stick surface has a 5 year guarantee against peeling.(excludes commercial use)
Exclusions - Damage caused by neglect, abuse, abnormal wear and tear, overheating, commercial use or any use not in accordance with the care and use instructions. Damage to the exterior of the Cookware is not covered.
