How do you rate the ceramic surface Green Pan Frying Pans?

I have been testing a Green Pan Frying Pan at home for the last few weeks, in consideration of whether to stock them for customers.
I have been testing the Vienna range - one of the higher end Green Pan ranges.
Personally, if I compare it to the Gastrolux cookware, the surface is not as non stick. Gastrolux you really can cook omlettes without any fat and the washing up is still effortless. The Green pan does stick much more, and although, it is not that difficult to more...
